“This is a beautiful historic hotel. I am so glad we chose this location for our stay. It is old and noisy. You can hear every foot step in the halls and above you. Or do we have ghost activity? Either way, it was a great stay. Restaurants attached to the hotel and the $10 per day coupons were very worth it. The managers happy hour was also a very enjoyable bonus. Only complaint we had is that housekeeping needed to be asked for multiple times.”

“The Beaufort Inn—and Beaufort, SC—completely have my heart. We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in one of the dog-friendly cottages, and it was spotless, roomy, and so comfortable. It was perfect for my husband, our pup, and me. I thought it was such a sweet touch that our dog was welcomed with a little goodie bag. You really can't beat the location. “To be new, it didn’t feel that way. Our room was not very clean. Shower had mildew on shower curtain, dirt and buildup around the room, unfinished/not finished properly areas of the room(walls, around light switches, bathroom counter). It was an okay stay but I did expect more/better from a new Marriott.”

“The room is clean, but it’s very dated. You have to park across the street in a public parking garage which gets extremely packed and then you have to cross the street with all your luggage or you can valet. We arrived late and everything closes by 9 PM for food so plan ahead if you are a late arrival, their bar upstairs is small and very limited. It is more like nachos and a pretzel. The staff was nice and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Always call properties before booking to know about “ additional fees” each location has separate rules that Expedia does not tell you about til u show up and if not budgeted correctly can delay or ruin trip there’s a $10 per day parking fee and a $50 hold but besides that hotel,location,food was excellent will definitely add to list of “ double back” if planning to stay in area again”

“This appears to be a former motel that is being transformed into suites. The room appears to have been two motel rooms. The door previously used for adjourning rooms has been replaced by french doors. One bathroom was replaced with a kitchen. However, there weren't any pots and pans, dishes, or utensils yet. There was a microwave that could be used. One bedroom had 2 queen beds and the other had a queen bed and a couch. The pool was closed. The location that looked like it was used for checking...
