“We picked this for our 2 night memorial weekend stay. It was so close to Hilton heads beaches it worked perfect for us!! Ample parking, a pool, luggage carts, nice room. Only thing in the queen bed rooms that sucks is the bathroom sliding door is terrible. Either it gets stuck and you have to try to get out or it doesn’t stay fully closed. Also the one bed is wayyy to close to the ac/heat thing. You basically hit it getting out of bed. Way too close to that wall. But full kitchen is always our...

“I booked this month's in advance. We arrived at 6:00pm and they had canceled our reservation because they'd tried to run the card i had used to reserve the room and it had expired in the months since I'd booked. They didn't call or anything. I've used Expedia for years and I've never had a hotel so this. I had booked a room with a king bed. They rebooted me, after we arrived, with a room with 2 doubles. I think they had just wanted to give away our reserved king room. Very poor staffing.”

“The continental breakfast was delicious - we loved the blueberry scones! The bikes were a great treat to explore the beautiful area. Val was exceptional.”

“This was my 2nd visit to the beach house, we had no hot water both trips due to boiler room issues, also the television would not work, and all ice machines were out of order.”

“Suffice it to say we did not have a good stay. In fact this hotel nearly ruined my attitude for our entire vacation. I had planned a long review to describe the issues, but my wife convinced me to let it go. However, my bottom line is that I will never stay at an AC Hotel again and we will tell all of our friends to avoid them as well.”

“Unfortunately, our stay at the Indigo was a bit disappointing. Our room was a king bedroom suite and the living room furniture was dirty and stained. The fixtures are rusted and not as clean as it should be. The location is great and the hotel was busy, but interestingly not sold out as many of the others on the strip were. Retro is the vibe and that's totally fine, but cleanliness needs to be a bigger priority. Rust is a not a great look either. This was probably one of the pricier stays...

“Very clean and newer, modern rooms. Breakfast was ok. Paid public parking right across the street was only $11.25 overnight. Highly recommend”

“The room was very spacious. More like a 1 bedroom apartment. They offered a happy hour but unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of it due to having other activities at the same time. Water and soda was available in the lobby. Walkable to everything. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“The room had a smell of a dirty wet mop. The carpets were either laundered and not properly dried or the previous occupants caused the carpet to be wet. Additionally the AC did not work properly and continuously turned off, had to manually turn it back on every couple of hours.”
